Privacy Policy
Pulse Polls is a civic polling app. This policy describes information we collect when you use the website, TestFlight builds, or the participant app.
What we collect
- Account and device identifiers needed to join a poll (for example a hashed key stored on your device).
- Profile answers you choose to give, such as ZIP code and political demographics used for crosstabs.
- Survey responses: agreement, importance, and related instrument answers.
- Technical logs such as app version, timestamps, and approximate network location from your IP.
How we use it
We use this information to run polls, produce results and crosstabs for the organization that commissioned the survey, operate TestFlight and support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Results may be shared with the commissioning organization. Aggregated, de-identified results may be published. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, Apple TestFlight, email) that process data on our instructions. We disclose information if required by law.
Retention and your choices
We keep responses for as long as needed to produce and archive poll results. You may email marchon@gmail.com to ask questions, request deletion of account identifiers we control, or withdraw from testing.
Children
Pulse Polls is not directed at children under 13.
